These terms govern your use of the Web Data Extraction Services website at webdataextractionservices.com ("the Site"). The Site is operated by CP Development doo ("we", "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms.

Services

The Site provides information about our web data extraction services. Actual service engagements are governed by separate service agreements between CP Development doo and the client.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site's content in bulk
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content through our contact form
  • Misrepresent your identity when submitting inquiries

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of CP Development doo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CP Development doo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Indemnification

Service agreements

These website terms do not constitute a service agreement. Data extraction engagements are governed by separate contracts that define scope, pricing, SLAs, deliverables, and liability terms specific to each engagement.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration authority in the jurisdiction specified below, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.

Force majeure

CP Development doo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
